A neighbor saw me cleaning the windows and asked me to stop by once done.

So , stopped by the neighbors Home ,
gave him a estimate and got the green light. 
His windows hadn't been cleaned for years. 
So , using elbow grease and lots of scrubbing. 
The  sills and screens after the deep cleaning 
came out great. 
The new customers couldn't believe the difference it made.
They are now on my regular window cleaning twice a year
